IMPORTANT Registration Requirements:

1. Complete the Summer Registration Google form 

2. Print the 2 forms (Medical and Parent Statement of Understanding) below and return to Hargiscamp@gmail.com 

3. Pay for camp via check...mail to PO Box 226 Chelsea, AL 35043 OR Paypal.  If you pay through paypal, in the description please include your child's name and the weeks you are registering for camp.
